  To carry out your reservation in our web it is necessary to be registered as a member.
 
You can register yourself in our main page through the icon or, also, once the process of reservation has started.
 
The personal details provided on your register form, are subject to privacy policy contained on the general terms.
 
What advantages do you obtain by just joining freely in our mailing list?
  When you join us and if you authorise it, you will receive regularly the latest information about our offers, our services and other subjects which we consider of your interest.
 
How to resign being a member?
  When ever you wish you can resign being a member just by sending us an e-mail.

  What to do if you have forgotten your code?
  Send us an e-mail giving us your personal details and we will send you your code number.

The easiest and fastest way to contact with Basquexperience is sending us an e-mail with your inquiries and comments. You will receive an answer within 48 hours.

Nevertheless, apart from our 24 hours and seven days a week available reservations on the web , if you prefer, you can always contact us by telephone.

You can call us from Monday to Friday 10.00-13:30 and from 16:00-20:00, Saturday 10.00-13.00 on 34 943 00 25 00 ( Spanish local time) to make your inquiries or reservation that you need.

 
Reservation procedures

You can access to the information about our programs by searching or directly through the different icons. The reservation procedure is very simple and easy to continue step by step.

It is important for you to read carefully the contents of the information "find out more" icon. Where we provide you with full information about the programs on sale.

In some especial cases you will have to remit an e-mail to carry out your reservation (bedrooms, especial documents etc.) Which we will answer within 48 hours.

If your On-line reservation has been refused, just send us an e-mail with your inquires. We will see if there is any possible alternative or we will indicate you what part of the program is not available.

The reservation will be completely confirmed once you have paid with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, 4b. (Secure connecting form of payment).

Immediately you will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation. A couple of days before, when the program begin, you will receive a voucher which you will have to present to the establishment booked.

Reserving by e-mail: If you are reserving by e-mail, we will confirm your reservation as well, by e-mail. You will have to give us your credit card details, at least, 24 hours before, to proceed with the reservation and end the transaction.

 
How to change or cancel your reservation
If you need to cancel or modify your reservation we please ask you to:
 
1.-See the costs of cancelling or modifying your reservation, which are in general conditions, and, moreover in the specific terms of the program that you have reserved.

Very important note about modifications and cancellations

We understand that if you make the transaction of modifying or cancelling your reservation, you are accepting the possible charges that this might cost.


 
2.-Access with your code to see the state of your reservation, and from there, your will have the option to choose between cancelling or modifying. If you prefer, you can also send us an e-mail indicating your inquires about the reservation.

 
3.-Basquexperience will get in touch with you by e-mail within 48 hours answering your request and if proceeds, with the transaction of the refund.
